While there are several types of metadata, the one you\u2019ll most likely use is exchangeable image file format (EXIF) data. They\u2019re created once you take a picture with your camera or mobile device. Here\u2019s how you can find the metadata:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Go to the Photos app. Then, locate the photo with the metadata you want to view.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Tap on the share icon found at the bottom left of the picture.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Scroll down and then choose Save to Files.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Pick a specific location or folder for the image and tap on Save.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
